I can't recommend EFT strongly enough!! You need to try it to see how it, almost miraculously calms you down. I don't pretend to know exactly HOW it works....but it DOES! That's all I cared about.

I am sure many of you might have never heard of EFT. When I first discovered this technique I thought it was a bit strange, but I tried it anyway. I am glad I did. EFT was so powerful for me that I started to tell friends about it and now I would like to share it with you.

EFT is short for: Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as the acupuncture of emotional issues without the needles. I must mention, though, that EFT also heals physical pain and diseases. However, to stay in my line of expertise, we are going to talk only about the emotional side of EFT here. If you are aware of the power of your vibrations and what they have to do with your results in life, then you might want to read on.

First of all you need to understand that we don't have energy, we are energy. In order to vibrate healthy signals we need to have a healthy flow of energy. The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. As sure as a blood clog in our blood stream will bring health issues to our body, an emotional block will cause health issues to our energy system.
Why is it so important to have a healthy energy system? Because it is directly linked to our vibrations; our vibrations are directly linked to what we attract in life and what we attract in life either match our desires or are in complete disharmony with them.

Back to Joy!

O.K., to get back to your basic, happy self, you have to let go of the negative feelings surrounding your ex. This isn't easy, as your sub-conscious mind is always ready to flood your brain with painful comparisons between the past and the present.

Unfortunately, once a woman has decided she can get a Bigger and Better Deal (BBD) elsewhere...you're history and no amount of trying to convince her to stay or come back will be of any help. Women obviously have a much easier time finding another relationship....(supply and demand) The trick is to disassociate from her perceived rejection. Fancy words for saying: It's only HER opinion that you have no value as a partner. We ALL know women can, and DO change their "feelings" towards you at the drop of a hat. As a matter of fact most women THEMSELVES can't explain their feelings, or sudden lack thereof... :-/

The AGONY of Rejection...

After months of counseling and antidepressants, I was STILL unable to cope with my world...I went out on disability and basically was catatonic for 6 months. I lost 38 pounds and was hospitalized twice. I lost all will to go on....Finally, I decided to scrap the meds and shrink...and try to find my own way out of my living hell.... I read dozens of books and pulled up every self help referrence I could locate on the web. I tried hypnosis, NLP, self talk, meditation, affirmations, visualizations, qigong and EFT.

Finally, I found a combination of Eastern/Western methods that allowed me to start letting go of the past. The cool thing is that I have shared this with a couple of my close male friends that went through being dumped, and they improved much more rapidly than I had!! What a blessing it is to see tortured, tormented souls freed from that HELL!!
